Brooklyn Comprehensive Plan (2023 & 2025)
New York City is infamous for lacking a comprehensive plan. Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso undertook and released the first-ever Comprehensive Plan for Brooklyn (2023) to provide a baseline for policy goals and recommendations at every level of government, as well as community-based groups.
