220 Court Street –Motion to approve a Certificate Of Appropriateness (C of A) application that would that would allow for a rear yard extension.

27 Strong Place– Motion to approve a C  of A application that would allow for replacement of front door and non-historic stoop railing at the street facade; construction of a set-back addition on the roof and extension of the adjacent chimneys; and reconstruction of the non-historic, stucco-clad rear elevation and rear extension.
