Urban Meadow Halloween Party & Parade

The Urban Meadow Community Garden’s annual Halloween Parade. Get out your costumes: the Underground Horns brass band leads a procession through the neighborhood at noon. New this year, a BYO carved or decorated pumpkin contest with categories for Youth (12 and under) and Adults. Bring your most creative, spookiest or silliest pumpkin to the Urban Meadow before the parade starts; the best pumpkins win a prize. Register in advance. Coffee and baked treats before the parade and pizza after, all by donation, then activities and games for the kids and a costume portrait station fundraiser. 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Mother Cabrini Park and Playground, President Street and Van Brunt Street, Columbia Street Waterfront District.
