12th Annual Barnacle Parade

          The Barnacle Parade is an annual event on the anniversary of Superstorm Sandy, celebrating Red Hook’s community in the face of adversary. It is put on by the people of Red Hook for the people of Red Hook. Despite the tragedy and destruction caused by the storm in 2012, the event is a fun, raucous, and very Red Hook affair.
