• Motion to conditionally approve an application to the Landmarks Preservation Commission for 136 Kane Street( Cobble Hill Historic District) to allow for a 2-story rear yard extension and rooftop addition. The condition of this approval is that the fenestration of the west-facing rooftop addition is reduced so it is similar to 435 Henry Street.
